If you’re lucky enough to live in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, then you’ve got an abundance of places just perfect for a date night. But just in case you need a little helping hand, I’ve put together a few of my favourite date night ideas in LA. As we’re currently in the grips of a global pandemic, I’ve tried to make most of these Covid-friendly! Of course, when things get back to normal, you’ll be able to take your pick of the many restaurants and bars on offer in Los Angeles too.

Finding a date

First off, if you’ve not already got a date, then you’ll need to find one! Using a local dating site such as Jacksonville Personals is a great way to do that. This site is perfect if you’re looking for dating in Jacksonville. A local dating site means pretty much what it says – it’s a site you can use to find somebody to date who lives local to you. Once you’ve found the perfect date partner, it’s time to come up with the perfect place to take them.

Venice Canals

This has to be one of the most perfect places to go on a date, the Venice Canal Historic District is a beautiful suburb of Los Angeles. You can take a stroll along the tree-lined walkways, over the arching bridges and take in the stunning surroundings whilst getting to know each other better.

Temescal Canyon

Beautiful sites always make for a perfect date and Temescal Canyon provides a stunning backdrop for your date. Offering an abundance of sea view alongside the stunning views of the canyon itself, this has to be one of the most romantic places you could choose. Make sure your date is up for a good walk though as this trail isn’t for the faint-hearted.

Rooftop Cinema Club

A trip to the Rooftop Cinema gives you the traditional date night at the cinema alongside the stunning, breathtaking views of the Los Angeles sky line. Take a blanket and grab some popcorn and you’re in for a real treat! If you’ve been dating for a little while and you’re getting to know each other a little better, then you can choose to book a double deck chair where you can really snuggle up together.

Malibu Wine Safari

Just 30 minutes outside of LA, you can find the Malibu Wine Safari. Here you can get up close with the wildlife and sample some of the delicious wine from the vineyards too. It’s my idea of the perfect date!

Los Angeles really is packed with date ideas and I could write a whole blog series on them, but these have to be my absolute favourite date ideas.
